1. Information We Collect
Evolve Fantasy collects information necessary to operate the service, including account information, league participation details, roster and team information, player and game data, communications, uploaded media, and technical information. We may collect and process your email address, user ID, display name, profile data, league membership data, draft selections, waiver activity, trades, standings, and other information related to your participation in fantasy football leagues. We may also process NFL player data, game results, team information, scoring data, and other sports-related information required to provide the fantasy football experience.
2. Account and Profile Information
When you create an account, we may collect your email address, user ID, authentication session, display name, and related profile information needed to maintain your account and enable access to the platform. This information is used to sign you in, maintain account security, and provide a personalized experience across league participation and team management features.
3. League, Team, and Roster Data
To provide league-based fantasy football functionality, we process information about the leagues you join, your team name, roster composition, trade proposals, waiver claims, player assignments, standings, season settings, schedules, transactions, and game results. This data is necessary to operate your league, track team performance, maintain league history, and preserve the competitive structure of the platform.
4. Player and Sports Data
We may collect and process NFL player information, team metadata, seasonal data, weekly performance results, projected stats, matchup information, and fantasy scoring data. This information is essential for roster analysis, lineup management, weekly updates, competition tracking, and league analytics.
5. Uploaded Media and Profile Content
If you upload a team logo, league image, or other content, that content may be stored and associated with your account, league, or fantasy team record. We use this information to personalize team and league profiles within the app.
6. Messages and Support Requests
We may collect direct messages, league communication, support requests, and related metadata that are submitted through the platform. This information is used to provide communication features, support services, and operational assistance to users.
7. Device and Technical Information
The app and its backend providers may process technical information needed to operate the service, such as app version, device and platform type, IP address, request logs, crash or build diagnostics, and timestamps.
8. How We Use Information
We use the information described in this policy to operate the Evolve Fantasy platform, create and authenticate accounts, support league management, provide player and matchup data, personalize the user experience, communicate with users, compute and refresh live and projected scores, maintain app security, and improve the reliability and functionality of the service. We may also use collected information to investigate issues, resolve disputes, and support product development.
9. Service Providers and Data Sharing
Evolve Fantasy uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to support authentication, hosting, storage, app builds, distribution, and platform operations. These providers include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, backend functions, and scheduled jobs; Expo and EAS for builds and release tooling; Sports-data providers for football data; and Apple for app distribution and App Store Connect services. User account data, league data, uploaded media, and related operational data may be transferred to and processed by providers needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the service or its users, or to investigate abuse or security issues.
10. Data Retention
We retain user and league data for as long as is necessary to provide the service, maintain league records, manage account activity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. League history, including teams, rosters, lineups, drafts, matchups, standings, transactions, and scoring records, may be preserved independently of a user account so that the league record remains intact.
11. Account Deletion and Your Choices
You may update certain profile and league details through the platform. You may permanently delete your account from within the app by selecting Delete Account and confirming the request. Account deletion removes your authentication account and profile information and clears your manager assignment from fantasy teams. League history is preserved and remains associated with the league and its fantasy team records rather than with the deleted user. 12. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data and platform operations from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include secure access controls, protected backend systems, and encrypted transport and storage where available. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we continue to improve our security measures as the platform evolves.
13. Analytics and Future Features
Evolve Fantasy does not currently operate third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking tools in the live product configuration. Future features may include crash reporting or other monitoring functionality to improve reliability and product development. If such tools are introduced, we will update this policy to disclose their scope and purpose before they become active.
